By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by the terms set forth below. 1. USER RESPONSIBILITIES Users agree to use Rabta Digital’s platform strictly for lawful and legitimate business purposes. Users must comply with all applicable local and international laws and regulations, as well as Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform Terms and Policies. Fraudulent, deceptive, misleading, spam, abusive, or unethical marketing practices are strictly prohibited. Users are responsible for ensuring that all communications sent through the platform are accurate, compliant, and authorized. Rabta Digital reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in any prohibited or unlawful activities. 2. ACCOUNT SECURITY Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials, including login information, API keys, and authentication tokens. Users must take appropriate measures to prevent unauthorized access and immediately notify Rabta Digital of any suspected security breach or unauthorized account activity. Rabta Digital shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from a user’s failure to safeguard account credentials. 3. PAYMENTS AND BILLING Users agree to pay all applicable service fees, subscription charges, usage-based fees, and taxes in a timely manner. Accurate and complete billing information must be provided and maintained. Failure to make timely payments may result in temporary suspension or permanent termination of services without prior notice. Rabta Digital reserves the right to update pricing or billing structures with reasonable notice to users. 4. DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY COMPLIANCE Users are responsible for ensuring full compliance with applicable data protection and privacy laws. Users must obtain clear and lawful consent from end-users before sending WhatsApp messages and must provide appropriate privacy disclosures. Personal data must be collected, processed, and used only for authorized and legitimate business purposes. Rabta Digital acts as a technology service provider and data processor where applicable, while the user remains the data controller and bears full responsibility for lawful data handling and regulatory compliance. 5. COMPLIANCE WITH META POLICIES As a Meta Verified Tech Provider, Rabta Digital requires all users to strictly adhere to WhatsApp Business Platform Terms, WhatsApp Commerce Policy, and Meta Business Messaging Guidelines. Violations of Meta policies may result in message restrictions, account quality rating reduction, suspension, or termination of the WhatsApp Business Account. Meta retains independent authority over enforcement actions. Rabta Digital reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if policy violations are identified.
